FaithInvest announces its Global Investment Forum 2022

Press release: FaithInvest is pleased to announce the dates and locations for the Global Investment Forum, May 2022. This annual Member gathering of faith-based asset owners focuses on developing and implementing solutions for faith-consistent investing and impact investing programmes.

Director of Investment Solutions Nana Francois explains, 'This year's event will be offered at four different locations in the UK and US, and we're so excited to finally be able to meet in person once again.' The event will be offered in London, Chicago, New York, and Dublin, providing four options for faith-based asset owners to participate. To view the dates and location information and register, visit our EVENTS page.

The agenda for the Forum includes a session on practical solutions for faith-consistent investing, and a second session on impact investing. 'We'll share the work we've done to develop tools and techniques for overcoming some common barriers and bottlenecks to faith-consistent investing, and also look at impact investing trends and opportunities in today's market.'

As always with FaithInvest gatherings, there will be ample opportunity to engage with the FaithInvest team and peers, share priorities and set common goals, and interact with the broader faith-aligned investment community.

As a special addition to the Investment Forum in Dublin, FaithInvest is partnering with the Association of Leaders of Missionaries & Religious of Ireland (AMRI) and the Laudato Si' Action Platform (LSAP) to provide a seminar on ecological economics, featuring the launch of the Laudato Si' Investor Hub, which FaithInvest and LSAP have developed in partnership to support the important goal of shifting toward a more sustainable global economy.

Lorna Gold, FaithInvest's Director of Movement, observes 'there is a groundswell of support for the Laudato Si' movement globally, and the Investor Hub provides a powerful new resource for ethical investing in line with sustainability, as promoted by Pope Francis.'
